OUR TEAM

We like to work in a team and have been actively involved in the development of The Coaches during the last three years. With Peter Schiffhauer and Katarina Wietlisbach, the new training team has now been created. Together, we successfully coached several coaches in the year 2019 as mentor coaches and look forward to the new participants in 2020. The information will follow shortly.

Philipp Fuchs has understood both the coaching approach and the possibilities of coaching understandable and comprehensible to explain both the benefits and opportunities clearly outlined. The approach of a "strength-based approach" was new and immediately aroused curiosity. The goals formulated at the beginning could be achieved as far as possible with the help of the tools provided and the enlightening and insightful discussions (the full achievement is currently still being worked on). Particularly noteworthy is the understanding and "paternal" nature that helps to open up more easily and build trust. I am glad that the common path goes a bit further and that I can (continue) discover and cultivate one or the other "strength".
